Marshmallow Rice Krispy Fingers
Ingredients:

  • 250 g Melloworld Strawberry, Grape or Orange jelly filled marshmallows
  • 250 g Rice Krispies cereak
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
Method:

  • Heat marshmallows in microwave until soft. Add vanilla essence, stir.
  • Add Rice Krispies and mix well.
  • Press into a 30 x 30 cm pan, stand until cold.
  • Cut into squares or fingers.

Marshmallow Fudge

Ingredients:


  • 2 cups (475 ml) miniature Melloworld Chocolate Filled Marshmallows
  • 2/3 cup (150 ml) canned milk or cream
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) butter
  • 1-1/2 cups (350 ml) sugar
  • 1/4 tsp (1 ml) salt
  • 6 oz (168 grm) chocolate chips
  • 6 oz (168 grm) butterscotch chips
  • 1 tsp (5 ml) vanilla
  • 1 cup (225 ml) chopped nuts(optional)

Method:

  • In a heavey 3 to 4 quarts (3775 ml) saucepan melt marshmallows, butter, sugar, canned milk and salt bring to boil stirring constantly.
  • Remove from heat and stir in chocolate and butterscotch chips.
  • When melted, beat with a spoon until creamy then add vanilla and nuts.
  • Pour into a buttered pan and chill.
  • If it is too soft you can roll into balls & then roll in coconut.

Marshmallow Lips

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup chunky peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons reduced-fat smooth cream cheese
  • 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 medium-size red apple, cored and cut into 16 wedges
  • Miniature Melloworld Strawberry, Grape or Orange jelly filled marshmallows

Method:

  • In a small bowl, stir peanut butter, cream cheese, and cinnamon until well mixed.
  • Spread 1 side of each apple wedge with a thin layer of the peanut butter mixture to Stick together 2 wedges to make "fat lips."
  • Tuck in a few marshmallow "teeth."

Chocolate Nut Covered Marshmallows Recipe

Ingredients:


  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 3 small pkt chocolate chips
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chopped pecan nuts
  • 1 1/2 pound large Melloworld Bear, Duck Sheep, Rabbit or Ropes marshmallows
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla Essence

Method:

  • In double boiler melt chips.
  • Add other Ingredients: into warm mixture.
  • Dip individual large marshmallows.
  • Dry on oiled waxed paper.
  • Can be put in refrigerator to set.

Marshmallow Clusters Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 tablespoon corn syrup
  • 1 package chocolate chips
  • 1 cup nuts
  • 1 cup Melloworld Chocolate filled marshmallows

Method:

  • Combine first three ingredients (sugar, evaporated milk, corn syrup) in a heavy saucepan & bring to a full boil. Boil for 2 minutes.
  • Remove from heat. Stir in chocolate chips and stir until chips are melted.
  • Let mixture cool.
  • After 10 minutes stir in nuts and marshmallows.
  • Use 2 teaspoons of mixture for each cluster. Drop on waxed paper.
