Hussein is a medical doctor with a MBA degree from Heriott Watt University in Edinburgh. Hussein fulfills a dual role of being the Managing Director as well as the Sales & Marketing Director. He joined Kwality Biscuits in its early years and was a great part of the launches of all Kwality products that today are great brands such as Tea Lovers which is the today the no 1 selling biscuit in the Checkers Hyper Group and Romantic Dreams. Hussein is the driving force behind all new product developments, packaging and the sales and he together with his sales team is responsible for all the sales and marketing aspects of the Richester Group of Companies, which now includes Moneyline 207. |

Mariam Cassim
Financial Director |
Mariam Cassim CA (SA) is a qualified Chartered Accountant and served the necessary training period as an accountant at Deloitte and Touché, focusing on external audit services.
Mariam is responsible for the day to day finance management of the Group where she has formal reporting systems in place and an effective staff compliment that adequately completes the financial department of the Company. |

Phani Krishna
Operations Manager |
Phani is a lawyer by profession with an MBA specializing in finance. Phani was head hunted by the Company to relocate from India to South Africa due to his exemplary skills in setting up and management of an organization’s operations. Phani had vast experience in setting up many factories from start to successful operation in India, such as Sunsip India and Clean foods. Phani is fully responsible for the daily operations and hands on tasks at both Richester and Moneyline 207.
Phani was instrumental in getting the Moneyline factory building completed within the budgeted time costs, as well as the successful setting up of the boiler and the various commissioning of the factories.

The Sales Force |
In order to ensure that the Richester Foods product range is easily accessible to all consumers around South Africa, we employ the services of Sales Agents around the country. These agents employ a large number of people to ensure that all calls are covered in respect of sales and merchandising. The use of these agents ensures that the best infrastructure is available to see that the products are sold in and merchandised in every outlet possible.
Regular sales conferences ensures that Richester Foods always remains ahead of all activities in the trade and effective planning and brainstorming can take place. Staff attends training seminars and management and supervisors provide on-going training at all level. |
